Built on predominantly rocky land with a somewhat irregular topography, the works included the demolition of the existing buildings to make way for the construction of a new single built complex over three floors. The project involved a set of special works such as peripheral containments using containment walls, execution of micro piles, installation of nailing, application of shotcrete and construction of gabion walls.
