The Savoy Residence | D’Ávila is a luxury development featuring 59 apartments ranging from studio (T0) to three-bedroom (T3) units, 5 commercial spaces, swimming pools, a rooftop with green areas, a sauna, and a gym. The project involves converting an office building into residential units, with a total area of 7,800 m² above ground and 5,100 m² below ground, allocated for parking and technical areas. The apartments reflect the Savoy Residence brand concept, distinguished by the quality of materials, ambiance, innovation, and construction excellence. The project was designed by Atelier Frederico Valsassina, renowned for its mastery in combining timeless forms, unique materials, and natural light. In addition to the construction, AFAVIAS was also responsible for furnishing and decorating the apartments, ensuring the overall quality of the development.
