The project involved the construction of a basement floor for parking and technical areas, built with reinforced concrete walls of the ‘Berlin’ type, arranged in spaced and rhythmic modules, in a quincunx pattern. Due to the fact that the floor is below the foundation level of the neighboring buildings and the Hintez Ribeiro street, it required careful coordination of human resources and equipment assigned to the project. The hotel consists of a basement, ground floor, and 4 upper floors with 22 operational units of types T0 and T1, as well as a commercial area on the ground floor, an extension of the existing commercial area in the adjacent building.
