Renovation and extension of the Madeira Regency Club hotel, the original project of which dates back to 1990. The NEXT hotel has a gross construction area of 15,435 m2 and consists of two interconnected buildings, with 11 floors in the north building and 6 in the seafront building. Includes 130 accommodation units, two swimming pools, dining areas, spa, auditorium with capacity for 110 people and various landscaped areas.
