This contract was part of the requalification of a municipal facility and its respective conversion into a Business Hosting Centre. The work area corresponded to a total of 2,187.10 m2, with covered and uncovered areas. A multi-use space was created, a facilities management room, business galleries, toilet facilities, air-conditioning control room and private parking.
