The real estate development activity (acquisition, design, development, commercialization, and asset management) is carried out through a group of affiliated companies operating under a common corporate entity: the AFA Real Estate brand.

This business area of the group includes investments located in the Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores, as well as mainland Portugal. Grupo AFA maintains a strategic commitment to the real estate sector, reflected in its growing investment in this area, based on three key pillars: location, quality, and differentiation.

Currently, the group is developing its projects under two high-end brands: Savoy Residence (luxury) and Lodge (premium), specifically: Savoy Residence | Insular, Savoy Residence | Monumentalis, Savoy Residence | D’Ávila, Lodge | Torrinha.

Together, these projects represent an investment of over 250 million euros through the end of 2026.
