Following international trends, AFA Group sought to take advantage of globalisation by exploring business opportunities in other markets.<\/p>\n
In this regard, in 2006, as a result of a great commercial effort, two roadbuilding projects were awarded to the AFA Group as part of a consortium, one in Mauritania and the other in Senegal.<\/p>\n
At the same time, AFA Group began the process of entering the Angolan market through the awarding of roadbuilding projects. The group\u2019s establishment in Angola took the form of a branch of AFAVIAS and the implementation of a structure capable of meeting the new requirements. It is currently in an expansion phase, having already consolidated its presence in eight provinces. <\/p>\n
In order to expand its international presence in two other international markets, AFA Group set up new branches of AFAVIAS in Colombia, on 5 August 2016, and Equatorial Guinea, on 19 January 2017.<\/p>\n
