Reformulation of existing vantage point, consisting of the implementation of a cantilevered platform over the Atlantic ocean with a metallic structure and glazed paving, implemented at an elevation of 580m. Construction of support buildings, to wit public sanitary facilities, bar, tourist office and shops and the total revamping of all the surrounding exterior spaces (accesses and gardens).
