The building’s planned gross construction area is approximately 50,000 m2, with 12 floors above ground and 3 floors below ground. The building will have an office surface area of 27,635 m2, 1240 m2 for retail and a car park with 400 spaces. The WellBe building will have grade A ADENE certification, a BREEAM Excellent rating and Passive House rating. It will be the first in Lisbon’s office market to have WELL Platinum certification.
