Building comprising two storeys (2000m2) and a buried car park (2835m2) housing the public services such as the Inland Revenue, Social Security, Parish Council, Notary and School Delegation. The need to separate several entities by merging them into one gave rise to the building’s shape: several bodies connected by a common atrium, bringing about a rapid, effective simple radial distribution system for users. A square, intended for leisure and socialisation, with an area of 2075m2, surrounds the venture, with a 2055m2 green area extending northwards.
