This building was designed from the ground up. It is about 2400 m2 in area and is located next to the beach, ofering a spectacular sea view.
The library provides reading spaces for adults and young people, as well as a study room, a multipurpose room planned for the holding of expositions and debates, as well as a cafeteria.
