This project corresponded to the construction of 94 pavilions of the Retail Park of Ponta Delgada, the foundations and supporting walls, electrical network, water supply and waste water system. The undertaking is set on a piece of land with a total area of 99,556.29 m2 and forms a business centre that is organised into three lots, with a total gross area of construction of 25,000 m2.
