To join Savoy Signature’s Reservations Department, where the reservations of the Group’s 7 units are centralized. You will be responsible for executing reservations and managing them in the system, answering the phone and providing correct and assertive information, and for the daily management of responses to customers, by phone or email.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Experience in the role;
– Professional background in the Hotel / Vacation Club sector;
– Fluent in English (CEFR C2);
– Knowledge of German and French (preferred).

– Ability to plan and strong sense of organization;
– Strong sense of responsibility;
– Up-selling and cross-selling techniques;
– Flexible working hours;
– Dynamism, proactivity and teamwork spirit.
